Pickup & Shipping

Local Pickup (Uxbridge, MA): If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to pick up your order. I’ll reach out once it’s ready so we can set up a time that works.

Shipping: Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted (custom items may take longer). You’ll get tracking information as soon as your order heads your way.

Delays: Once a package is with the carrier, shipping times are out of my hands—but I’ll help however I can if something goes wrong.
Returns & Exchanges

Custom Orders: Because custom items are made just for you, I can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a mistake on my end.

Non-Custom Orders: If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, send me a photo within 3 days and I’ll make it right—either by replacement or refund.
